Roxana is a Director with Deloitte Luxembourg and part of the Human Capital Advisory Services team since 2015 with overall 13+ experience in the field of Human Capital. Her main area of interest is supporting people and organizations to change and grow as part of large transformation programs.
Roxana led organizational transformations and workforce transition programs in context of technology adoption (CRM, SAP S/4HANA, core system implementations, HRIS), Health and Mental Wellbeing programs, Leadership development, Process optimizations and organization re-design for clients in different industries – FSI, professional services, manufacturing, real estate, EU institutions, Pharma, TMT, energy.
Roxana is used to work on large cross-border transformations and engage in multicultural environments with project teams and key stakeholders at managerial and C-level. She previously worked in Deloitte UK and Deloitte Romania and delivered projects in multiple locations: Switzerland, France, Malta, UK, Belgium, Republic of Moldova, Romania.
She holds a double degree in Law from Paris I “Panthéon Sorbonne” University and from University of Bucharest – Law University as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), University of Sheffield, UK.
