Aela joined Fidelity International in May 2017 to assist in the integration of ESG analysis across asset classes, company engagements and voting, and internal initiatives to enhance our ESG strategy and processes. Prior to joining Fidelity, Aela worked as a Responsible Investment Analyst at USS Investment Management and also Novethic. Aela has passed Level 2 of the CFA Program, the IMC and holds a Master’s degree in financial management from Toulouse Business School, France
