Matthew Welch, Responsible Investment Specialist

Matthew Welch is a Responsible Investment Specialist at DPAM, with 10 years of experience spanning asset management, advisory, and public sector consulting. In his current role, he specializes in human rights and social issues, with a particular focus on both research and stewardship. Before joining DPAM in 2021, he worked as a Social Impact Advisor at Degroof Petercam and previously as a Management Consultant in KPMG Advisory’s Public Sector practice. He holds a postgraduate degree in International Trade & Investment from the Brussels Diplomatic Academy, as well as both a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven.
