Adriano Scarampi

Adriano brings 15 years of experience working at the intersection of sustainable finance, social impact, climate and nature investment, and business development – spanning advisory, climate tech, and impact-focused organisations across Europe, the US, and emerging markets. His background includes building and leading commercial practices, structuring and scaling sustainable finance solutions, and working closely with investors, DFIs, bilateral donors, and philanthropic partners to mobilise capital towards measurable environmental and social outcomes.

Before joining LuxFLAG, Adriano held senior roles including at PwC UK, leading the Advisory practice at MarketShare Associates, and spearheading business development efforts at Agreena, the world’s largest regenerative agriculture carbon programme. Most recently, he built the impact and monitoring framework at North Star Transition, supporting the shift towards regenerative and sustainable economic systems in the UK.
