Laura Mannoni, Senior Advisor – ESG & Sustainability, Arendt Regulatory & Consulting

Laura is a Senior Advisor in ESG at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC). She advises clients on their strategic decisions, from defining ESG priorities to the practical implementation of sustainable investment strategies. She also advises clients on the integration of sustainability risks in internal processes, ESG oversight and due diligence, and the preparation of sustainability-related disclosures, including SFDR and EU Taxonomy reporting.

Laura earned the GARP – Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certificate in April 2024, and the Sustainable Investing Certificate from the CFA Institute in April 2023
She has a Master’s in Economics and Financial Markets and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Cagliari (Italy)
She also studied at the Bratislava University of Economics and Business (Slovakia) as part of the Erasmus exchange programme.

Prior to joining ARC, Laura built her career within the fund industry in Luxembourg and Poland, working with leading service providers and asset managers, gaining experience across private equity, real estate and mutual funds. Over the years, she developed her specialisation in ESG oversight and valuation, combining a solid technical background in fund controlling with a strong focus on sustainability-related matters. She has supported investment funds in defining and implementing their ESG priorities, developed and enhanced ESG oversight processes in line with SFDR and EU Taxonomy requirements, contributed to the development of ESG scoring methodologies, and supported auditors and clients in addressing ESG-related matters.
